These terms and conditions govern your use of the Inna MediSync website (innamedisync.co.uk) and our client portal. By continuing to use our website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site immediately. We recommend reading these terms carefully before using our services.
2. About us
Inna MediSync Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16979781), with its registered office at 205 South Street, Romford RM1 1QX. Inna MediSync operates as part of Inna Care Ltd.

3. Our services
We provide neurotherapy services including QEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, and photobiomodulation. Our services are designed to support brain health and cognitive wellbeing through evidence-based, non-invasive techniques.
Important: Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We recommend consulting your GP or a qualified medical professional alongside our services for any health concerns.
4. Booking and cancellation
Bookings can be made via our website or through our booking platform (Pabau). By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice of cancellation.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. In the event that we cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
5. Payment terms
Payments are processed through our booking platform (Pabau). Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Packages: Payment is required in full before the first session, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Packages are non-refundable after the first session has been completed, unless agreed in writing.
Gift vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and are transferable to another person.
6. Client portal
Access to the client portal is provided via a magic link sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- Do not share magic link emails with anyone.
- Report any unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting info@innamedisync.co.uk.
Account deletion: You may request account deletion via the portal or by emailing us. Upon confirmation, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Health disclaimer
Important: Please read this section carefully.
Neurotherapy is a complementary wellness service, not a medical treatment. The following applies to all services provided by Inna MediSync:
- We do not diagnose medical conditions.
- Brain maps (QEEG assessments) are functional assessments of brainwave activity, not medical diagnoses.
- We do not prescribe, adjust, or advise on medication.
- Always consult your GP or specialist for medical concerns.
- Individual results vary — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, design, and code — is the property of Inna MediSync Limited or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission. The Inna MediSync name and logo are trademarks of Inna MediSync Limited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Health data is classified as special category data and is processed in accordance with UK GDPR Article 9, with your explicit consent.
11. Complaints
We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, please contact us at info@innamedisync.co.uk.
- We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days.
- We aim to provide a full response within 5 working days.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
